About Raojee Realty

A family's word, kept in brick and stone.

Raojee Realty began in 1998 with one small building and one large promise: that everything we hand over will be something we would be proud to live in ourselves.

Where we began

One building at a time

Our founder, [Founder name placeholder], started with a simple discipline: never take on more than the family could personally supervise. That first project sold out to friends and neighbours — and nearly three decades later, their children are buying with us.

We remain family-run today. The people who sign our agreements are the same people who walk the sites every week.

How we build

Craft over speed

We would rather deliver a season late than a standard low. Our contractors have worked with us for over a decade, our materials are specified by name — never "or equivalent" — and every home is inspected three times before we hand over the key.

It is a slower way to build. It is also the only way we know.

Who we build for

Neighbours, not customers

Most of our buyers arrive through a referral — a colleague, a cousin, a friend who already lives in a Raojee home. We think that is the only marketing metric worth chasing.

After handover, our care team stays with every society through its first two years, until the community can stand comfortably on its own.

A note from the family

“Land is finite. Trust is more finite still. We treat both with the same respect.”
